I was a little surprised to see vegetarian/vegan places in Texas. I know stereotypical but it was good! It looked so cool and the food was good. I wish we had this stuff in New Jersey.





It says vegetarian on the front of the building.





Cosmic Stir! So good!! Being on this trip makes eating like a vegetarian so much easier and tastier.
